Step 1

Make payment for the appropriate New or Renewal membership level.  For instance Individual is for a single member living alone. Household is for more than one person residing at the same address.

Send an email with the subject Gift Membership

1. Include the gift giver's Name and phone number

2. Include the following for the person(s) receiving the gift
